The fabric for this holdall is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles ( 3.5 bottles for each bag ). Our cabin approved lightweight (226 grams), durable, water resistant holdalls have a whopping 30 litre / 15kg capacity and yet zip down into a small pouch when they are empty.
2020 marks one of the biggest development for Eco Chic as we revolve our main material using 100% recycled plastic, mainly from plastic bottles known as PET.
By sorting, shredding and the melting process, the plastic is turned into polyester which is then weaved into fabric before it is printed and made into an Eco Chic bag. All the material that the bag is made from is GRS certified, meaning they are compliant with Global Recycled Standard. Our mission is to create sustainable products that help fight against our thowaway culture.
